CSO at Ravinia

The Chicago Symphony Orchestra returns to its summer home for a six-week engagement beginning July 14 and running until Aug. 20. Curated by Chief Conductor Marin Alsop, the schedule features Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony, Mozart’s The Magic Flute and the annual Tchaikovsky Spectacular, among other events. After helping to inaugurate the first season of the Ravinia Festival in 1936, the Chicago Symphony has been in residence every summer since, save for 2020.
